SDIA Hockey Roadmap
01 Fundamental Skills:
Skating is the most basic skill required to play the game of hockey. Sign up for classes in the skating school section, which offers comprehensive Learn to Skate programs. After completing the Learn to Skate program, join us for a six-week free Learn to Play Hockey program.

02 In-House League:
Following the basic Learn to Skate program and the six-week Learn to Play Hockey program, we encourage our skaters to join the house league. Additionally, participants are invited to attend skills-focused weekly workshops such as speed skating, power skating, and goalie development.
03 Travel Hockey League:
For athletes with both the skill and the desire to play at a more competitive level, they may choose to participate in the SDIA Oilers Travel program which competes in the Southern California Amateur Hockey Association (SCAHA) or the Anaheim Ducks High School Hockey League (ADHSHL). The Travel program offers an elite level of competition, providing a platform for skilled players to showcase their abilities and further elevate their game.
